Cancellation & Refunds

1. REFUND INFORMATION

At Target Pest Control, we offer our customers a 100% refund policy within 7 days of the initial treatment for all one-time Rodent services. Depending on the pest, most jobs come with our 180 day guarantee. This guarantee refers to free refills and free retreat chemical applications.

Refund requests will not be accepted after the 7-day time-frame has passed, no exceptions.
We do not offer refunds on Insect treatments as success is based on several factors such as, size of infestation, type of pest, weather conditions, prep work, and more.


If still within the provided guarantee timeframe, our technicians will return for refills and retreats FREE OF CHARGE. Chemical re-spray applications can only be done once every 4 weeks. All one-time insect applications come with up to (2) free retreat as required.

Interior rodent station refills will be provided if 4 or more interior bait stations are fully consumed, please refer to your invoice and pest document for instructions on bait station refill requests.

2. REFUND PROCESS

To process a refund, a follow up treatment must be conducted to ensure all recommendations during the initial service have been completed. Target Pest Control will issue the return within 30 days from the time the refund is granted. The customer agrees to return ALL provided equipment and devices in working condition within 7 days, or the refund will be void.

Interior rodent bait stations not returned or in damaged condition will be subject to a
$20 charge per interior station, and $60 charge for each exterior bait station.

3. PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds and Guarantees will be void if our recommendations on the initial report indicating potential competing food sources, sanitation concerns, and structural issues needing repair are not fixed or eliminated. Failing to eliminate competing food sources is the number one cause for a rodent treatment to be ineffective. Potential entry points that are left unfixed will also continue to promote mouse entry resulting in a failed treatment.

IMPORTANT: Should a customer enlist the services of another pest control provider for the same pest issue, NO REFUND will be provided and the guarantee time-frame will be void effective immediately.

We do not issue refunds for wasps, skunks, mosquito sprays, insect treatments, or our 
Residential Pest Programs. No refunds will be provided on any pigeon or rodent Waste clean-up, exclusion, Spiking, or removal services.
